- Jim Goff: Bought a new iMac. Was given bad advice by first tech I spoke with in setting it up. Second tech helped straighten out the problems, after a couple of hours on the phone. Second tech then transferred me to a senior tech. Senior tech offers up something for free and starts telling me what’s available. AirPods was a choice. Picked AirPods and received them. Then gave them to wife as her Christmas gift 🎁😂

- Kai Collins: kris6682 it came with my phone contract got iPhone 7 20gb plan £38 a month and my Apple Music just ran out and they said I can add 3 accessories which was AirPods and amazon echo and so on for a monthly payment on top of my phone payment and it’s £10 for 11 months rather than paying £160 odd upfront
