This was in California, where everyone was surprised to see us “kids, come here, this is what people do on the East Coast”. It was fun but it seemed weird without coats, scarves, and a little snow.

What I'm tryin' to say, is now that everybody's got the entire Internet in their coat-pocket, how are we still having issues with Christmas Carol lyrics? Standard versions OR regional re-makes? If somebody's expecting ol' boy to know some obscure modified local version of an otherwise well-known song, I'd say they better be able to show it to him on a screen he can read from. Anyway, that's at least gotta be better than lugging half a dozen old-school Church hymnals around while you're walking five miles.
