What Happens When You Get Super Lean?
We all would like to get super lean right? I see a lot of programmers trying to get their body fat down to very low values, such as 6% - 10%.
However, in this video, I decided to talk about something different. I decided not to show you how to get lean (although I'll definitely do this in a future course I'll be releasing), but what happens when you get lean.
Did you know that it is hard? Did you know about all the effects that happen in your body when you get your body fat down to such low values? Did you know that your sex drive goes down, your hunger goes up and some important stuff changes? No?
